Since our founding in East Westphalia (Germany), we have been developing and producing innovative mounting systems
to the highest quality standards. With BIGmount, we offer customized solutions for the secure
fastening of mobile equipment in industrial applications.
The BIGmount System
The modular BIGmount mounting system was specifically developed for professional applications in industrial, logistics, and vehicle-based environments. It enables highly flexible, robust, and scalable equipment mounting. The system's modular design comprises four core components that can be freely combined depending on the requirements.
Vehicle mounts
Round tube bracket
Suitable for pipe diameters of 20–50 mm. Quick to install and extremely vibration-resistant.
Square tube bracket
Suitable for profile cross-sections from 28–126 mm. Robust and key-resistant fixing even under heavy loads.
The first and crucial component in the BIGmount system is the vehicle-side mounting bracket. It ensures secure, vibration-free fixation at the mounting location and is available in various versions:
- Round tube and square tube brackets for mounting on bars, crossbeams or frame elements
- Industrial magnets (high-performance quality) for quick, tool-free fastening on metallic surfaces
- Suction cup mounts with vacuum system for temporary yet stable mounting on smooth surfaces
- Screw-in mounts offer a permanent fastening solution. They can be attached directly to existing threaded inserts or with specially adapted base plates. Whether VESA, AMPS, or hole pattern according to your specifications.
The connector
The connector establishes the link between the vehicle mount and the device holder and is the core component of the modular BIGmount system. It guarantees:
- Precise alignment of the terminal device (infinitely adjustable)
- Excellent stability thanks to high-strength materials and backlash-free clamping mechanism.
- Modularity through two system sizes with B (1.0”) and C (1.5”) ball heads

Base plates
VESA & Round plates
VESA 75/100 and round multi-hole plates enable universal device mounting for many end devices.
Trapezoidal & AMPS plates
Vehicle-specific solutions with trapezoidal shape or AMPS bore for compatible device mounts.
The base plate serves as a universal connection surface between the connector and the end device. Depending on the device and application, different plate variants are available:
- VESA-compatible mounting plates (e.g., 75x75 mm, 100x100 mm) for screens and monitors
- Round plates with a multi-hole pattern for flexible device positioning
- Trapezoidal sheets for vehicle-specific installation solutions
- Square AMPS plates (30x38 mm) are standard in vehicle equipment
